The biggest fandom weekend of the year takes over downtown for four days of celebrity panels, cosplay competitions, anime, gaming, comics, and the joyful chaos of 60,000-plus pop culture fans under one roof.
Hall H types come for the panels and photo ops. Everyone else comes for the people watching. The costumes alone are worth a wander, and the artist alley is where the real haul lives. Pace yourself - the convention floor is enormous.
Celebrity guests across multiple panels and signings, a heavy cosplay contingent, anime and gaming floors, a packed artist alley with original work and prints, and after-parties around downtown each night. Photo and autograph ops are separate tickets.
Light rail to Union Station and walk over, or rideshare. The convention center has lockers if you bring loot you do not want to haul. Hydrate. The floors are concrete. Wear shoes you can stand in for ten hours. Layers for the temperature swing between day and night.
