The buzziest indie band of the last two years lands at Mission Ballroom with Automatic in support. Baroque-pop theatrics, corset costumes, a debut album that swept the BRIT Awards. The kind of show you will want to be able to say you caught before they hit arena tours.
The room is built for them. Mission has the production and the sightlines to make their full theatrical staging actually work, and the 16-and-over crowd skews exactly the right age for the band's catalog. One dollar from every ticket goes to The Ally Coalition.
Automatic opens at 8 pm, then a 75 to 90 minute set from The Last Dinner Party. General admission floor with reserved East or West balcony tiers. Phones allowed.
RTD A Line to 38th and Blake or rideshare. RiNo is dense enough that you can grab dinner at Hop Alley or Stoic and Genuine before doors. Mission has decent vendor food and full bars if you arrive hungry.
