Bierstadt Lagerhaus Brewery Yoga

Yoga Social takes over the back room at Bierstadt one Sunday a month for an all-levels vinyasa, followed by a built-in social hour. Roll out your mat between fermentation tanks, finish with a Slow Pour Pils, and call it the chillest Sunday Funday in town.

The series runs on rotating Sundays through the summer (next dates include June 28, July 26, and August 23). Donation-based for the class. A post-class beer is part of the deal.

What to Expect

A 60-minute all-levels vinyasa class from 11 am to noon, then a social hour with discounted beers until 12:30 pm. Often partnered with Denver Girl's Club or other community groups.
